There's something for all ages and abilities at our club...

Squash is a dynamic and fast-paced sport, which Forbes magazine has described as the 'healthiest in the world'. It's also quick and convenient, with a game taking 40 minutes and only requiring one opponent (no team training sessions at set times required!).

At BSRC, we offer a warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere to anyone interested in trying the game. We offer coaching sessions to cover all bases, including juniors, beginners, and ladies-only sessions.

In addition to squash, there's also much more on offer at our club:

  • Racketball is played on a squash court with a larger ball and at a slightly slower place, and is a great alternative for those who find squash strenuous!

  • We have numerous table tennis tables, which can be erected on court for members wanting to try an alternative rackets game.

  • For squash, racketball and table tennis, we have internal leagues (which are a great way to meet new opponents), as well as teams playing in local leagues - for those wishing to enjoy a competitive edge!

  • We have a well-equipped gym which, like other facilities, is available 24/7.

  • Our spacious changing rooms were fully refurbished in 2017.

  • Our bar - redecorated in 2020 - offers a warm and relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a post-match drink with your opponent and other club members.

  • We have a busy calendar of popular and family-orientated monthly social events, such as quizzes, 'beetle drives' and 'snakes alive'.
